Antique Victorian American Coin Silver c1850 Strawberry Serving Spoon 9″
Presented is an antique, Victorian, American coin silver serving spoon made by G.A.W. Crosby of Boston around the mid 19th century. The handle is beautiful decorated with bright cut designs surrounding a monogram of the initials FMH. The bowl is hand engraved with detailed strawberries and leaves.
The back is marked GAW Crosby and pure coin for 900 purity silver.
This piece is in excellent overall condition and the designs are crisp. There is minor surface wear commensurate with age and use but no damages and no repairs.
